The unit itself is very simple to use. You simply push one button to get the time desired. It somehow gets the towels to the exact perfect temperature every time! I will note that while the unit is warming, it gives the room a scent- almost like a swimming pool scent, I honestly can’t describe it. It’s not horrible, just noteworthy.
